1. Verify your Chrysler is eligible. We support Chrysler Pacifica Hybrids that are 2018 or newer. If your vehicle is an earlier model than 2018, it may not work with our system.

2. Make sure you are enrolled in a SiriusXM Guardian plan.

a. To see if you have an account, go into your vehicle and press the assist button on your rearview mirror. Then, press the activate button on your touchscreen, followed by the customer care button. From here you can speak to a SiriusXM Guardian agent who will look up your account or get you started with one. If you do not have this assist button, your vehicle is likely ineligible.

b. If you do not have an account, you may enroll in one, and then use your login credentials once enrolled. You may have to pay to enroll in a plan.
