Audi

To connect to your Audi vehicle, you will need to sign in using your Audi Connect login credentials.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Verify your Audi is eligible. We support Audis that are 2017 or newer. If your vehicle is an earlier model than a 2017, it may not work with our system.
  2. Make sure you are enrolled in a Audi Connect plan. It is most common that this was included in your initial vehicle purchase.
    1. To see if you have an account, try signing in.
    2. If you do not have an account, you may enroll in one, and then use your login credentials once enrolled. You may have to pay to enroll in a plan. Check the provided Audi Connect website and enrollment instructions for details (enrollment in our service is voluntary, and we do not reimburse or compensate participants for their plans with their vehicle manufacturers).

BMW

To connect to your BMW vehicle, you will need to sign in using your BMW login credentials.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Verify your BMW is eligible. We support BMWs that are 2016 or newer. If your vehicle is an earlier model than a 2016, it may not work with our system.
  2. Make sure you are enrolled in a BMW ConnectedDrive plan.
    1. To see if you have an account, try signing in.
    2. If you do not have an account, you may enroll in one, and then use your login credentials once enrolled. You may have to pay to enroll in a plan. Chevy

To connect to your Chevy vehicle, you need to use your Onstar Remote Access plan login credentials.

  1. Verify your Chevy is eligible. We support Chevys that are 2016 or newer. If your vehicle is an earlier model than a 2016, it may not work with our system.
  2. Make sure you are enrolled in a OnStar Remote Access plan.
    1. To see if you have an account, try signing in.
    2. If you do not have an account, you may enroll in one, and then use your login credentials once enrolled. You may have to pay to enroll in a plan. Check the provided OnStar Remote Access Plan website and enrollment instructions for details (enrollment in our service is voluntary, and we do not reimburse or compensate participants for their plans with their vehicle manufacturers).

Chrysler

To connect to your Chrysler vehicle, you will need to sign in using your SiriusXM Guardian login credentials.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Verify your Chrysler is eligible. We support Chryslers that are 2016 or newer. If your vehicle is an earlier model than a 2016, it may not work with our system.
  2. Make sure you are enrolled in a SiriusXM Guardian plan.
    1. To see if you have an account, go into your vehicle, and press the assist button on your rearview mirror, then press the activate button on your touchscreen, followed by the customer care button. From there you can speak to a SiriusXM Guardian agent who can look up your account or get you started with one. (if you do not have this assist button, your vehicle is likely ineligible).
    2. If you do not have an account, you may enroll in one, and then use your login credentials once enrolled. You may have to pay to enroll in a plan. Check your vehicle manufacturer’s website and enrollment instructions for details (enrollment in our service is voluntary, and we do not reimburse or compensate participants for their plans with their vehicle manufacturers).

Ford

To connect to your Ford vehicle, you will need to sign in using your FordPass login credentials.

  1. Verify your Ford is eligible. We support Fords that are 2019 or newer. If your vehicle is an earlier model than a 2019, it may not work with our system.
  2. Make sure you are enrolled in a FordPass plan. This is free with your vehicle.
    1. To see if you have an account, try signing in.
    2. If you do not have an account, you may enroll in one, and then use your login credentials once enrolled.

Hyundai

To connect to your Hyundai vehicle, you need to use your MyHyundai plan login credentials.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Verify your Hyundai is eligible. We support Hyundais that are 2016 or newer. If your vehicle is an earlier model than a 2016, it may not work with our system.
  2. Make sure you are enrolled in a MyHyundai plan. If your vehicle is less than three years old, this plan is free.
    1. To see if you have an account, try signing in.
    2. If you do not have an account, you may enroll in one, and then use your login credentials once enrolled. If your vehicle is three years or older, you may have to pay to enroll in a plan. Jaguar

To connect to your Jaguar vehicle, you will need to sign in using your Jaguar InControl login credentials.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Verify your Jaguar is eligible. We support Jaguars that are 2016 or newer. If your vehicle is an earlier model than a 2016, it may not work with our system.
    1. Make sure you are enrolled in a Jaguar InControl plan. This is free with your vehicle for the first three years. If your vehicle is three years or older, you may have to pay to enroll in a plan. Check your vehicle manufacturer’s website and enrollment instructions for details (enrollment in our service is voluntary, and we do not reimburse or compensate participants for their plans with their vehicle manufacturers).
    2. Ensure Jaguar InControl is available in your territory.
    3. Check Jaguar’s troubleshooting guide.
    4. Call your Jaguar dealer for help.

Land Rover

To connect to your Land Rover vehicle, you will need to sign in using your Land Rover InControl login credentials.

  1. Verify your Land Rover is eligible. We support Land Rovers that are 2016 or newer. If your vehicle is an earlier model than a 2016, it may not work with our system.
    1. Make sure you are enrolled in a Land Rover InControl plan. This is free with your vehicle for the first three years. If your vehicle is three years or older, you may have to pay to enroll in a plan. Check the provided Land Rover InControl website and enrollment instructions for details (enrollment in our service is voluntary, and we do not reimburse or compensate participants for their plans with their vehicle manufacturers).

Nissan

To connect to your Nissan vehicle, you need to use your NissanConnect login credentials.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Verify your Nissan is eligible.
    1. We support Nissans that are 2016 or newer. If your vehicle is an earlier model than a 2016 it may not work with our system.
    2. Your Nissan must be a trim SV or SL to connect.
  2. Make sure you are enrolled in an NissanConnect plan. If your vehicle is less than 3 years old, this plan is free.
    1. To see if you have an account, try signing in.
    2. If you do not have an account, you may enroll in one, and then use your login credentials once enrolled. If your vehicle is three years or older, you may have to pay to enroll in a plan. Check the provided NissanConnect website and enrollment instructions for details (enrollment in our service is voluntary, and we do not reimburse or compensate participants for their plans with their vehicle manufacturers).

Tesla

To connect to your Tesla vehicle, you need use your Tesla app login credentials.

  1. Make sure you know your login credentials. Try signing into your Tesla account. You can reset your password if needed.
  2. If you are still unable to connect your vehicle, please email us at support@rollingenergyresources.com or schedule an appointment with our support staff.

Volkswagen

To connect to your Volkswagen vehicle, you need to use your Volkswagen Car-Net login credentials.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Verify your Volkswagen is eligible.
    1. We support Volkswagens that are 2016 or newer. If your vehicle is an earlier model than 2016 it may not work with our system.
  2. Make sure you are enrolled in an Volkswagen Car-Net plan. If your vehicle is less than six months old, this plan is free.
    1. To see if you have an account, try signing in.
    2. If you do not have an account, you may enroll in one, and then use your login credentials once enrolled. You may have to pay to enroll in a plan. Check the provided Volkswagen Car-Net website and enrollment instructions for details (enrollment in our service is voluntary, and we do not reimburse or compensate participants for their plans with their vehicle manufacturers).

Volvo

To connect to your Volvo vehicle, you need to use your Volvo On Call login credentials.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Verify your Volvo is eligible.
    1. We support Volvos that are 2016 or newer. If your vehicle is an earlier model than 2016 it may not work with our system.
  2. Make sure you are enrolled in an Volvo On Call plan. If your vehicle is less than four years old, this plan is free.
    1. Volvo On Call is an app you can download onto any smartphone. For information on how to get access to that app click here. (Please ignore the vehicle selected at the top as these instructions are correct regardless of your vehicle’s model or year)
    2. If you do not have an account, you may need to subscribe or renew your account. Use the login credentials you set up once you are enrolled in the Volvo On Call program. You may have to pay to enroll in a plan. (enrollment in our service is voluntary, and we do not reimburse or compensate participants for their plans with their vehicle manufacturers).
